Pacific Laboratory Quality Essentials Consulting (PLQEC) is a consulting agency that helps medical laboratories to develop and take ownership of a quality assurance system. It provides management and staff with the necessary training, executes associated audits, and designs post-accreditation monitoring and corrective measures. The word ‘Quality’ served as an inspiration for the PLQEC's logo. The letter ‘Q’ also reminds me of a drop—a symbol for labs, QA tests and blood.
